Access delivery

Morrow is a digital service offered in Russia only, with no physical delivery charge. Confirmed payment grants the linked account access, normally immediately and no later than 24 hours. New payments are not connected yet. Existing members sign in with a linked Apple or Google account. Free invitations have the duration stated when issued.

Cancellation and refunds

Email support with the payment date, amount and reference. See the public offer for withdrawal, refunds and renewal cancellation. Do not send passwords, card details, account tokens or private chats.

Personal data and deletion

Use the contacts above to request access, correction or deletion. In Morrow, open Settings → Delete account and confirm with Apple if linked, otherwise Google. See the privacy policy.
