Link your Morrow account before paying. Confirmed payments automatically extend that account; no activation code is needed.

Morrow stores the bot identifier, numeric Telegram user ID, optional username, chosen language, selected plan and consent version. After you confirm linking, it also keeps the Morrow account association, subscription status, payment amounts, dates and payment references needed to reconcile payments and prevent duplicate access grants. Bank credentials are handled by the payment provider and your bank, not by the bot. Arbitrary private messages and proof-of-payment files are not stored as subscription records.

Bot navigation and retained access-request records have a 30-day retention period. Account-link intents expire after 30 minutes. Subscription and payment records are retained for billing, access, cancellation and reconciliation; operational subscription events are retained for up to 400 days. Minimal payment deduplication evidence remains to prevent a repeated callback granting access twice.

Telegram stores messages under its own privacy policy and settings. Morrow account deletion removes account and buyer associations from the subscription and queues cancellation; minimal cancellation jobs and payment deduplication records remain until safe completion. This does not delete Telegram messages, which you can remove in Telegram.
